The Misunderstanding of Capitalism by the Left

I often encounter a lot of visceral hatred & disgust at the system of Capitalism via the media, which, unsurprisingly 90% can be sourced back to somebody or something on the left of the political spectrum. They go on and on about some kind of perceived injustice; about how XYZ plc is funneling their profits into a low-tax jurisdiction, and how they bully the weaker competition into submission whilst refusing to disclose information concerning employees salaries etc etc

Now, on some points I concur - that yes, the company or individual concerned has acted against the law or perhaps the spirit of the law. But here's the difference: I don't believe Capitalism should be brought down because of it. Instead, I am merely angry at the accused proponent of whatever illegitimate action for bringing the model into disrepute and thus opening it up to attack.

You see, Capitalism, is according to the parameters set by those on the Left, not a perfect system. But it *is* the perfect system for reflecting the world as it is. And it's key ingredient lay in it's promotion of Liberty, i.e. the ability for people to do as they please. It is consequently, the greatest mirror we can hold up to the face of humanity.

We are not a perfect race, and it's therefore unreasonable & illogical to expect a system of society to function in a way which tries to adhere a perfect world. Instead, the way to view Capitalism is with the understanding that if everybody on this globe were operating at a level of basic Integrity it would be a system of 100% outcome perfection.

Yet the planet is approximately 80% non-integrous, meaning that Capitalism despite it's array of disciplining fail-safe's will always pump out seeming inequities that have Liberals foaming at the mouth.

But they ignore the enormous power of Capitalism to help and assist the lower 80% to rise up and join the integrous 20%. Something which can only happen because the system recognises the intrinsic freedom of man, empowering individuals to express themselves and ennoble the world with their gifts, talents & wisdom. As this grows, power hypertrophies enabling all the ability to become strong.

It automatically employs a hierarchy, but one that has ladders going both up AND down. It's best described by this axiom; it sorts the wheat from the chaff.

Continuing on from these incontrovertible realities, which to their credit the Left has begrudgingly accepted is how they've remodelled their approach to in effect, play the role of referee; of 'tinkerman'. So while many progressives see the benefits of free markets, they now revel in holding the whistle, a tool which they love to blow 'foul' with every time someone trips up (something we saw in the recent financial crisis) even if the player concerned fell over their own ankle. Furthermore, bit by bit, they're also transforming the pitch in which everybody plays on; from hard but fair grass to something more akin to a bouncy castle.

The resultant effect this bouncy castle replacement has though is quite obvious, as although nobody every really get's hurt - at least not in the sense of a grazed knee, they instead go from very high to super low whilst simultaneously having to perform miracles of dexterity to avoid other 'competitors'. A term that, in itself is now dying out, to be replaced with 'participants'.

It's this infantilization of business, this gross over-extension of the welfare state into the affairs of private enterprise that removes perhaps the greatest strength of capitalism; the ability to fail. You see, sometimes a grazed knee teaches us a lesson, it tells us we got something wrong and forces us to assess our performance. The same goes even if it results in a thousand disfigurations or a million deaths. The process is there to teach us a lesson.

This slow but sure defenestration of Capitalism skewers the basic foundations of what makes it so great; and removes the component of Truth from the environment. As Margaret Thatcher once remarked: 'The facts of life are Conservative', and it's the very same facts of life that Lefties expend much energy fighting against. It's symbolic then that the very system which reflects this inescapable reality the most, is the very system Marxists and those on the Left seek to attack on a constant basis.

You see, what they're truly rebelling against is the innate base of collective humanity; that 80% of society is below the line of integrity (Dr. Hawkins, 2004). So no matter what system we utilise, there will always be so called 'injustices', there will always be 'victims' and there will always be 'senseless destruction' & 'greed'.

Capitalism is not exempt from this, but that does not imply that in and of itself it contains the inherent seeds for below integrity behaviour. The real failure does not lie on the shoulders of it's structural skeleton but the failure of humans be it deliberate or benign to properly deploy it to it's fullest potential. It's in this gap that loopholes exist and are free to be exploited. But the marvellous thing is, is that in the more rigorous Capitalist set-ups around the world such loopholes never last for long. And no, this isn't because some Leftist has blown the whistle, but 99% of the time it's down to the power of market discipline whipping operations and entrepreneurs into shape.

So, bearing in mind 4/5ths of the worlds population is non-integrous, conceive of the possibility of us throwing out Capitalism and adopting Communism as it's replacement. See how such a system while hailed as wondrous concept, is exploitable by the 80%, but, without the comeuppance facility of Capitalism to eliminate any illicit activity, unfathomable horrors are easily perpetrated and tolerated. See how by switching the hierarchical pyramid upside down from the few on top to the many on top it effortlessly leads to the tyranny of the masses upon the minority, or even worst, upon the individual. See how it robs people of their autonomy to self-determine their own paths; how it fosters sclerotic beliefs in the all encompassing power of the state; and how it by kicking away the ladders of liberty everybody is less mobile - reduced to a cog by machine of Government - dehumanized in the present and an irrelevance to the future.

What the Left needs to comprehend is that this world is purgatory - that is the truth. So whilst this life on Earth retains the capacity for both Beauty and Agony; Heaven and Hell. Communism will take you straight to Hell. But Capitalism? Well, it'll never rid us of the Hell part, but at least we'll get a little slice of Heaven.

Egalitarianism is Bad for Relationships. Here's Why...

Hey

I found this post at Al Jahom, a Conservative Commentator's blog; http://aljahom.wordpress.com/2010/08/16/honest-assessment/

Here's an article that Al Jahom links to; http://www.telegraph.co.uk/lifestyle/5978268/Have-you-turned-your-man-into-a-hermaphrodite.html

I've quoted it below for your benefit. My commentary comes after the below section.

Take a long hard look at the man in your life. Yes him, the one lounging on the sofa, half-comatose in front of Midsomer Murders. Do you ever find yourself wishing he had a little more get-up-and-go, showed a bit more testosterone-fuelled drive, was – dare I say it – a touch more, you know, manly?

Is he passive rather than active? Does he leave most decision-making to you? Do you feel irritated that he happily fusses around in the kitchen when guests come for supper, but expects you to remember to take out the bins and fill the car with petrol?

If so, then chances are, you only have yourself to blame. A new survey by Oxford University has revealed that women are attracted to men they believe will help out with household chores and childcare. British men came third, after Swedes and Norwegians, in an international egalitarian index.

The survey concluded that our menfolk make the best husbands – which doesn’t quite tally with the fact that 45 per cent of marriages end in divorce. But, according to a leading relationship coach, a great many relationship disasters stem from the fact that modern women are turning their husbands hermaphrodite.

No longer sure of their role, these "egalitarian" men have been left straddling the gender divide and are becoming male-female hybrids, in some cases displaying far more feminine characteristics than their partners.

"Some women have become ball-breakers," says Francine Kaye, known professionally as The Divorce Doctor, with an eponymous website. "It’s not entirely our fault, because the demands of the workplace have changed us, and brought out our more masculine side. But unfortunately we’re taking that home with us every evening into the domestic sphere, and often bullying our men into submission."

This article is something I’ve been waiting to see pop up for a while now, and I’m glad it’s finally surfacing. It’s a major sub-cultural issue in our society and it’s really having an underground effect upon our collective well-being.

Back in 2005 after I a relationship break-down (read: I was dumped) I faced a turning point in my life. From this I quickly found ‘the seduction community’. Essentially it’s a community of men (and some women) who group together online and in real life to study the art of seduction & attraction. It’s a murky, sometimes dark world which can exploit animal/ego programming in human biology but it definitely is an incredibly fascinating world. From entering this ‘community’ (as it’s self-referenced by members) I learned an insane amount on the fundamentals of social attraction and basically how to interact with females. The teachers and leaders of this industry (known as PUAs: Pick Up Artists) often recite on and on about the emasculation of men in a post-feminist world and how in actual fact, we are designed to work in tandem with each other but from within our separate gender types. In basic rudimentary terms; ‘men be the men, women be the women’.

My education then exposed how much in error I was in my past relationships and that going forward I would need to incorporate much of the psychology these guys were teaching if I was ever to have a healthy, sustainable, loving relationship.

But, it is a shady world, with very few legitimate, respectable experts and I did experience a lot of darkness, which led to me dropping out. Eventually I segued into a more spiritual, higher perspective via a new teacher who revealed the many mistakes the community makes.

However, the core lessons stay with me and shed light on so many issues I see with male/female relationships in 2010. This article hits the nail on the head; the one instinctive turn-off for a man is a woman of critical, nagging character. My sister, god bless her, has been single for a long time, and I know it’s because of her bossy boots, know-it-all, condescending personality. Granted, she is a sparkling law student destined for a high flying career in the bar, but still, I feel sorry for her. She needs to lighten up, and so do so many of her contemporaries.

A weak man, which I once was (alongside being a Leftist), is viewed with incredible contempt by virile women. And witnessing guys self-castrate in front of their girlfriends and other women is embarrassing and worrying; for the happiness of society, for balance and for the simple continuation of the human species. Furthermore, consider the children of these men, with eunic’s for fathers. Manhood is in danger.

I’m grateful back in 2005 I had my life-changing epiphany, that led to me last year accepting I had become a Conservative (a great change). Now I believe I see the world in more true way and it’s a place where strength is of great importance as a prerequisite for respect, harmony and equality between the sexes.

It’s not ideal to be rigid about our roles, some flexibility, nuance and emotional intelligence is needed. But women must be more willing to relax & let go, but we as men must step up and help them do so first.

This entire relationship/cultural issue is a demonstration of where egalitarianism, when taken to far, to literally will take us. And an example of why left politics is so often, utterly wrong in it’s estimation of reality. And the results are akin to shooting oneself in one’s foot.

‘Women and Men are not equals, but instead, complementary to one another’ – Seduction Community Phrase

Why Spiritual Aspirants Often Support Left Wing Politics

It's down to sympathy.

The whole sympathy thing to my view, is also the reason
left wing politics calibrates* lower than right wing
politics.

Left wingers inherently (especially far left) believe that
the world is imperfect, unjust and unfair (note the
constant use of the word 'fairness' by politicians).

Thus they 'sympathize' with the poor or whoever they see
as 'below' or 'victims' of society and then seek to
formulate policy and law which actually weakens society as
a whole, threaten the strongest and indeed, threaten
everybody (including the same people they pledge to serve;
the weakest).

They want to create a Utopia, where everybody is equal. But
as Hawkins has revealed; this world is a sort of purgatory
and so to try to 'equalize' (via sympathy/pride/guilt) is
a waste of time, effort and resource.

It's also incredibly 'God-less' (no wonder many left
wingers also support humanism, atheism etc) and they seek
to build a very secular society where religion and
spirituality are shoved to the side.

It's ironic, therefore, given that there is a tendency among
spiritual people to side with left wing politicians which can
be credited to the appearance by the left to support and
defend the weak which is concordant with the spiritual view
that we must help everybody.

Yet this is due to the spiritual folk's own unconscious
sympathy issues.

I am back!

Hey,

After 11 months of hibernation (back when I began the latest chapter of my life) I am here back once more at this unknown little regarded blogger hosted blog account of mine.

However, things are very different to what they were when I left. Very different indeed :-)

Firstly I managed to effectively blow £3000 from my trust fund :-( The details of which I will share later

Secondly I left Bournemouth University for University of Gloucestershire

Thirdly I have decided that my life's goal is to become and attain the state that of which is labeled 'Enlightenment'.

So sit back, relax and check back because I will have some very unorthodox material to share with you all soon.

WAGS: A Positive Contribution

I love sport, so it's a shame I don't get much opportunity to play nowadays but when I do I feel such a sense of freedom. School days were the best, daydreaming in Chemistry about the double hat-trick you scored on the Friday afternoon when you spent 50mins stood in the 6 yard box. Oh such glorious times, as you'd run with a Shearer-esque celebration down the touchline in front of the person you fancied; hoping your heroics would catch their eye. Indeed the mere presence of somebody you 'admire' during a sporting event you are partaking in is enough to send effort levels through the roof. So after the shambles of the World Cup and Ashes, it's a wonder that there have been no high profile separations (minus Downing) to speak of, then again the current WAGS aren't renowed for having much shame left.

Anyway there's been much talk of the WAGs being a distraction whilst being on tour with their respective partners. I say that's pish pash, it wasn't a distraction for me or my friends during those wonderful lunchtime kickabouts. Maybe though that's because the objects of our affections were usually seated a) next to the goal or b) on the touchline, along with everybody else and not positioned some half a mile away up in a cushy directors box. This is where the distraction element comes into play, you see when you'd scored your latest whizzcracker from 3 yards or so you always knew where to snatch a glance and the proximity would allow for some subtle body language to take place.

However when the 'love of your life' is thrust among a sea of faces it diminishes the effect their presence has upon your game. You'll spend half of the game trying to look for row G and as a consequence that is more likely where you'll smack the ball when given a chance. So what I'm suggesting is park them somewhere all together much closer; the dugout. You can easily whack down some extra seating, hey, perhaps they could even have their own technical area!

And the purpose for this innovation? Well, the heat will really be on the players now - especially if they desire not to be left in the doghouse with their partner. And whats more, the spectators will have the added pleasure of being able to indulge in some WAGs top-trump during the more boring passages of play.

Imagine if you will they implement this notion for England's internationals coming up this weekend with the football (vs Israel) and the cricket (vs Kenya). I can already see record wins for our national sides. With the considerable talent and ego of all 22 men there's no way they'll want to miss out on a bit of hanky-panky that night just because they couldn't pull their thumb from their asses while having to face sub-standard opposition.

So there you have it, I have just conceived an idea which just cannot fail, it is brilliant in it's design & structure and one which does not in anyway make a mockery of a sporting contest. One has to feel for Owen Hargreaves though, but then again the lad wouldn't need some silly little floozy to get him fighting for the cause and more the power to him. C'mon En-gur-land!
